I've produced the book, published it on Amazon, pushed it on my email subscribers (though I realize that two or three emails is not really called pushing it) and then sat back to wait for things to happen.
But nothing has happened...
Some people (sorry, no names) have been so kind, sending all types of marvelous suggestions. I'm just so much not in the mood...
Okay! Within the next week, I will create a promotional video and post it to youtube -- and my writing this is going to make it happen all the more, PG!
